How to do TELEKINESIS | My Journey

First day back up on my telekinesis journey. This has been an on and off journey ever since the movie Chronicle came out. But now that my mindset has changed and I know how to get obsessed and stay obsessed on a certain topic I think that I can succeed with this journey. Scratch that, I KNOW I will succeed with this journey. I just have to put in the time and the effort. I will start very slow. Slow and steady. First by just meditating for the remainder of the month then I will start to add on things. Meditating because that’s the first step in this. To clear my mind while doing this and to be focused. To not lose any train of thought while doing this. This isn’t going to be a hard task, but it’s going to be something different that the average person isn’t used to. Clearing your mind will help you think about whatever it is you need to think about while doing the thing that you need to think about. If that makes any sense. Probably a poor choice of words. Well yesterday, I meditated for about 9 minutes. It was somewhat a challenge trying to just focus on my breathing. But with practice I will get better. I’m just practicing on my breathing for now, later on while I’m actually doing telekinesis stuff I will be focusing on moving my chi throughout my body and to my third eye. Find an energy source. Something that will help me focus better with my journey and something that will really help me make progress as I have seen before while performing some telekinesis exercises. Going to do some more meditation today. So let the journey begin.
