고소한 참기름

옆동에 사는 작은 며느리가 영양 찰밥과 참기름을 가져 왔다.

마침 참기름이 떨어져 구입 하려던 차에 요긴하게 잘먹겠다.

참기름은 안사돈이 깨를 사서 기름집에서 짠것을

딸에게 보냈는데 시어미에게 나눠준 모양이다.

기름집 기름은 깨를 오래 볶아 야 기름이 많이 나기 때문에

왠만 해선 찌꺼기 없는 것이 없는데 기름 찌꺼기가

보이지 않는 것을 보니 오래 볶지 않았는 모양이다 .

고소한 참기름 넣고 나물 무쳐 찰밥과 먹으니

낙이 멀리 있지 않았다.

          그렇군요..지꺼기가 있는 이유가 오래볶아서였다니..저희는 어머님께서 직접 농사지으신 것을 주시는데 그덕에 아끼지 않고 먹을 수 있네요.
