몇년을 가냘픈 줄기로 줄기차게 꽃을 피우던 가우라 꽃 화단에
올해는 백일홍을 파종하여 꽃이 피었다
꽃송이가 너도나도 다투어가며 피어나 제멋을 알리고 있어
가던 걸음 멈추고 아름다운 꽃에 카메라 포커스를 맞추는
사람들이 날로 늘어만 간다.
공원에서 백일홍꽃을 만나기는 이공원이 생기고 처음인듯 하다.
어릴때 우물가나 장독대 옆에 아무렇게나 피어 있던
정겨운 백일홍 봉숭아 맨드라미를 떠올리면서
어서 꽃대가 많이 올라와 울긋 불긋 정겨운 꽃 잔치가
벌어지기를 고대 하게 된다.
옛날 처럼 호랑 나비가 이꽃 저꽃 위에 내려앉는 환상적인
광경도 볼수 있기를 기대하면서…
