It's unfortunately a 'feature' where posts are frozen after 30 days. https://github.com/steemit/steem/issues/177#issuecomment-245460386

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
