From age 20 to age 65 the government allows for you to get $1 million in just plain old cookie cutter tax deductions so that you'll have a chunk of money from which to retire. Sadly, they assume that you got trained in financial planning somewhere or that your parents taught you, taught you two, "only spend the interest. Never spend the principal!"

Sadly though, most people never got the memo. They had kids and never passed on the memo that they never got. And you're the kids so you had to figure life out all by yourself? Yes? No?

Well the fact is, this video I made for a 50-year-old friend name Eddie who found himself close to retirement and with absolutely nothing saved it, is actually the norm in America and not the exception.
