I put the source at the end of the text. And I got the permission of publishing it here. They want to spread the word abouth this health information.
So I am a bit disappointed ! But if the text of others cannot be copied here, even with the permission of the makers of this text, I understand and I will not do that anymore. It was my intention of spreading the right information by a good source :)
