GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY: rewards and upvotes for quality content creators

Today I didn't share any reward because I was selecting the peeps for the writer-featured role and the list consists of 34 people, pods, counselors and two of my personal favorite Steemians. The reason why I didn't want to explain what this role requires in the server back today is simple. I didn't want you to know before I am done!

For the purpose of daily vote I will use steemvoter and steemauto, and start this voting program after I reach 100%.

Requirements for writer-featured role were:

• no plagiarized content ( I banned 3 members because of copying the whole articles in Steemit)
• language: English or bilingual, doesn't need to be perfect, as long a person tries hard
• less than 10% self-votes in the last 7 days
• quality original photo and art are taken into consideration, but the profiles solely made of memes are not
• accounts with no content, less content, just started ... they are on the chill until they catch up the full speed
• peeps with little to no vote to others are not taken into consideration

What will these authors get?

They will get full access to the BINs, random tips and 30% daily auto-upvote from me on any of their content until further notice.

Why did I do this?

Erm... because I want to support people's people and quality content creators with something solid. This is not the final version of the list, who ever wants to be in, only needs to upgrade their game.

I will revise the whole list from time to time to check on the people, but the next upgrade and adding more people will probably be in March.
