Its been a while, still grinding. Had a hell of a summer; had a Vegas, San Diego and Minnesota trip with 2 weddings and a bachelor party. I've also managed to add about 17 miles a day in biking by riding to and from work. To date, I have ridden just under 1000 miles - pic to come once I break that mark. But in the mean time, here's a picture of a juicy and delicious, perfectly cooked steak.
