Man Diet: week 2

Still sticking to the diet, last night I had some more of that pork and i ate the rib bone meat from the prime rib. I also made some riced cauliflower. I felt extra bloated last night and my weigh in came a little high. Then when I woke up this morning I felt bloated again and again noticed a small gain. My guess is that something was going on with the cauliflower, it was frozen and probably had a lot of salt in it. I will monitor the situation and check back in. Other than this very minor hick up, so far so good.
