Man Diet: Week 2

Wednesday morning, keep losing weight. I will eventually post before and after photos, took the before last monday. Had more slices of ham and some peanuts for dinner last night, have another rib roast for lunch today.

Pictured above is the prime rib from yesterday. Though it looks overcooked, its really just that side, because I have to use a microwave here ☹️the one side gets cooked faster than the other.
