Weighed in this fine Saturday morning at 235.6. Still loosing, still sicking to the plan. All in all, I'm about 10 lbs below where I started!
Last night I had more of that ham with broccoli and then later, I sampled a piece of the round roast I made. I have two more meals with that roast - it came out perfectly; baked with onions and carrots, finished with rhe broiler to crisp the fat on the top.
Full disclosure, I had one 20 oz IPA and 3 whiskey diet cokes, so certainly didn't fully stick to the diet with the IPA. That said, while its primarily important to stay disciplined, that doesn't mean that letting loose every once in a while isnt also important in sticking to te longer term goals.
