Diet Time

Well apparently im attempting a New Diet, While some exercise regime is involved i do have to say, Implementing Soy instead of meats and steaks or chicken is not a bad way to go at all, i dont find it boring yet and highly recommended to Stay Healthy!

For anything that pleases our taste in the mouth might not be that great inside and end up giving us many things overtime, Harm Long term,

Awareness on this for the ones that do care about themselves much in ways that they think about Family life at some point and at that time how unfair to Get Ill

Because you ate industrialism in your Youth, Critical Thinking Just saying,

So for me i might continue consuming soy instead of many meats but not repalcing it entirely, will continue to get brocoli and many greens in the plate further in, and Otmeal Shakes, The finest of the finest.
