Diet is an important thing for fat person .... The black coffee and green apple have low capacity of fat but have high glucose that charge you energy levels and get efficient fuel in body ..... The thing is to save energy but loss fat in body ... The black coffee plays important role .... The black coffee increased minor blood pressure and increase heat in hole body .... The hole body get minor heated the loss all fat ....and fell more hungry ..... Due to black coffee the huger get more and reduce body energy ...... Green apple increase Energy level and give glucose to tissue .......that it work.
