다이어트 일기 1 (바디프로필 D-10)

10일 뒤에 바디프로필 찍습니다.

PCT 가서 무리가 없도록 몸도 만들고 체중도 줄이는 프로젝트를 진행 중입니다.

그래서 먹는 거를 매우 자중하고 있는데 보통 밤 11시에 운동하고 집에 오면 단백질을 먹습니다

그나마도 며칠 전부터는 자기 전엔 안 먹기 시작했는데
밤에 안 먹으니 아침에 너무 배가 고픕니다.

아침 7시 학교에 오자마자 점심 도시락을 반이나 까먹었습니다 그리고도 부족해서 달걀을 세 개 더 먹었습니다

PT트레이너가 단백질양을 늘리라고 해서 닭과 달걀 엄청 먹고 있습니다

체중은 많이 변하지 않았지만 제 몸은 10키로 빠진 사람만큼 말라 보입니다. (제 눈에 안경😓)

프로필 사진 전에 before-after 사진도 올려보도록 하겠습니다. :)
