Diet update

1 month ago today I posted this https://steemit.com/diet/@embomb701/how-fast-can-you-get-back-in-shape-lets-see. And the idea is to see how fast I can return to the shape I was in last August before I dove so deep into Crypto that I let my physical training fall way behind.

As you can tell this diet does not create miracles and results are seen more clearly as the body fat percentages near 12-15% levels. I will be posting again on 5/20 and by then I should have some ab separation and muscle definition.
Let me know what you think of my progress so far.

from 173 down to 164 in 1 month. 9 pounds of mostly fat eliminated, next month we will be getting closer to the single digit body fat percentage mark and should start to see some ab separation.

It's working! BTW crypto did the same to me! Heading back to the gym starting next week and off the junk!

You can already see a difference, impressive! Almost tempts me to get on a more strict diet. Almost.

LOL, well with this diet you have a built in cheat day every Friday, that's of of the reasons I love it over the KETO or Paleo.

Good to see your progress. It might not be a miracle diet but it's good to see you stick to it and it shows discipline.

Yes sir, and I have done really rough weight cuts and lost 10 pounds in 10 days but this diet looses the weight instead of cutting it and its healthy. When every I do weight cuts I get sick and feel terrible, this way I feel great and the only day I suffer is Thursday. In another month the loss will be way more visible, so far lost 9 pounds in a month of mostly fat.
