For today has drunk & eat:
2 cups of water
2 cup of tea
1 freshly squeezed juice from green apples & celery.
1 freshly squeezed juice from blood oranges & grapefruit.
2 salads (carrot, cabbage, salad, onion)
I want to eat today, but I keep myself calm 🙏.
