Since almost 2 years ago, I've got surplus of 20kg.. And I've tried so many possible programs to loose my weight but it always ended failed.
Here I started One Meal a day diet.
I'm gonna eat only one meal a day.
And I lose 3kg during 3 days.
I will continue until I have a healthy 65kg body.
(Start : 97kg, Now : 94kg)
