looks like a good diet i am a big fan of intermittent fasting. i typically start my first meal with some cheese. as long as its not plant based its probably good for you. Vegans are pretty weird, sacrifice your own health to save the animals.

Yes, the "healthy diets" are killing people just the same as the McCancer folks. You should look into the differences in Southern European Cow's Milk compared to the other cows. A2 milk it is called. And try milk and cheese from the Buffalos.
