I have said this for a long time, but the diet that’s best is one that’s balanced with proteins, fats, and carbs. Most of these fad diets are trash and dangerous. carbs are not all evil either as many believe.

I wish the trend was for balanced diets and eating within/around your caloric expenditure. That would be sound advice almost everyone could do.

Keto is a horrible diet for health and balance. Keto is a wonderful diet for dropping crazy amounts of weight at Godspeed.

Whether weighing those 2 factors or not is worth it: Really depends on what you're trying to get out of it.
