Recent diet changes and their results..

So as the title suggests.. I decided to change some aspects of my diet and see how I reacted to each so I could create an overall stable and diet that my body likes. This will be a continuing series hopefully and will update you on my progress.

To recap, my previous post discussed my everlasting battle of cutting an energy drink from my diet, as it stands, I have t had one for about a week and I haven't been having anymore reactions from my stomach (pains, cramps and vomiting blood).

This post will be..

  1. Fast food

As some of you may know, working 40+ hours with an additional 15-20 hours travelling each week is tiring and leaves very little time to cook proper foods every day. There is a McDonald's on my way home (well about 4 McDonald's) and sometimes just the scent of a McChicken sandwich is all it takes for me to be dragged in there by my nose.

Mmmmm.. right now I'm not at work as I'm taking a trip so I haven't been tempted by the aromas.

I've been dreading my trip as one of my grandparents is slimming world slimmer of the year and therefore way slimmer than me. My own weight doesn't bother me as my boyfriend loves the way I look and therefore I'm happy. But every time I see her she points out how much weight I've put on.
I'm average weight, I wouldn't be considered obese or overweight at all.

But anyway, back on track. My recent dropping of fast food. So in the last week with no fast food, I've lost a tiny bit of weight and I have been sleeping better and even feeling better about myself.
In my head, I feel so guilty eating fast food as i know it's bad for me and I know it's slowly gonna kill me.

Anyway, I'm going to a diet fanatics house for the next week and there's no McDonald's for miles. Hopefully a small bit more weight loss and hopefully she won't grill me for my size 14.

Have a great week guys!
