3 Steps to Flatten Your Belly: Let's get a bikini ready body!

Hello to you all Steemers! My name is Sona. I'm a 35 years old mum from Japan, and a diet coach. I've been posting some articles about food and diet on Steemit. Today I'd like to give you the keys to get a flat belly in simple 3 steps.



I have been asked by many girls what's my secret to keep my petite figure. I tell them it's simply just a healthy balanced diet but they don't quite believe me and then I realized that so many people have wrong ideas about how to lose weight. People wants to hear what's a new thing but I totally believe in simple yet healthy balanced diet. I decided to become a diet coach when I was in Shanghai and since then I've been giving advice to many girls on their diet and also how to maintain their figure at best. Through my experience I am convinced that to this date a healthy balanced diet is still the key to lose weight most effectively, with a high long-term success rate. 



Ah. Belly. I know, it's really tricky to lose weight on your tummy right? I've been there, after having a baby, I didn't like my big belly at all. Here is the simple yet effective way to get a flat belly in simple 3 steps.




Step 1

Eat lots of fruits and veggies. I can't put enough emphasis on this. Try to remember, 40 percent of your daily intake of food should be fresh fruits and vegetables, both being respectively weighed. Sticking to this rule, you will start to feel more energy because you will get a higher metabolism rate, and thus it helps to lose your body fat mass as a whole.



Step 2

Posture. Imagine you have a long waist. Uplift your ribs as much as you can, and maintain this position. Your tummy looks instantly looks smaller, and not only that, all of your intestines fall into the right place so that you can keep your metabolism rate to the best level. 




Step 3

Do excercise. You don't necessarily go to the gym. You might think that doing extensive abs is the only way to get a flat belly. It is not the case at all. Simply walking is quite effective in losing the fat on your belly. Take at least 40 minutes a day for a walk. Pokemon is good I suppose. Bearing mind that when you walk please don't forget to keep the posture described in step 2.
