there are surprisingly many things that are vegetarian and bad for you (as a vegetarian)
if you eat whole food plant based diet, it is better than any junk food diet ( with or without meat). I guess my point is being vegetarian doesn't necessarily mean being healthier & people can have a better diet with meat than vegetarian if they only eat junk vegetarian stuff.
whole food plant based > balanced meat & plant > junk plant food ( processed) crisps biscuits > junk food diet with meat
