Day 20 V3: intermittent fasting, what I have learned while attempting this.

 On day 20 I talk about my recent experience with no or minimal eating until around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Increase neurological function and energy during the day has made this a worthwhile trial. It is also easier than you might think
