When it comes to dieting, we take those first steps toward weight reduction pleasure for all the wrong reasons, as we eventually discover. Finally, there is no such thing as a truly bad reason to diet if your reason works for you. The trick is to figure out which reason will work best for you.
When it comes to dieting and taking your diet seriously, I've seen a lot of great motivators. Losing weight is one of the most common reasons. This is as good a justification as any. Some people want to go back into their high school size 5 pants, while others simply want to be able to look in the mirror.
