Start your day with a healthy salad
This is a simple and easy to make salad.Take 15 minutes of your time and stay healthy.
Ingredients
Two carrots
One cauliflower head
One capsicum
Two table spoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
Two pinches of black paper
Pinch of red chilli powder
Steps
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash them throughly
Cut the carrots in any design that you prefer,
And cut the capsicum into long strips
Take a bowl and mix in the olive oil, salt, black paper and chilli powder
Using a brush apply the olive oil mixture on the salad and toss it into the oven to bake for about 10 - 15 mins and voila you are done!
You can enjoy this salad as a side meal or on its own.. you wont regret :)
