In 2021, Prarthana Fardin Dighi made her debut as a leading actress in the movie "Tumi Acho Tumi Nei," directed by Delwar Jahan Jhantu. Despite her early success as a child artist, Dighi encountered challenges in meeting audience expectations with her first film. After her debut, she explored various avenues such as music videos, stage performances, and OTT projects. However, her absence from the silver screen left her fans eagerly awaiting her return.
Now, Dighi is all set to captivate audiences once again with her comeback in the film "Deyal," directed by Kamrul Hasan Fuad. This family drama features an ensemble cast, including renowned actors like Mamunur Rashid, Tariq Anam Khan, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Salahuddin Lavlu, Arfan Ahmed, and Saberi Alam. Although the lead actor opposite Dighi remains undisclosed, "Deyal" is expected to deliver an engaging and commercial-style narrative.
Director Kamrul Hasan Fuad sheds light on Dighi's role in the film, revealing that she will portray a strong and independent woman, shouldering the responsibilities of her family single-handedly.
The filming for "Deyal" is scheduled to take place in Dhaka from October 1 to October 20, with an anticipated release in theaters later this year. Recently, Dighi wrapped up shooting for the anthology film "Jibon Jua," where she starred in the story titled "Priyo Prakton," sharing the screen with Sudip Biswas Deep.
