I agree, just like with social media and sites like Steemit where people get compensated for their participation, video games can easily make a killing compensating their players with crypto which in turn can be used across the entire gaming industry or even cashed out for a few bucks. Even games on apps that have been the trend the last few years to buy more pieces of the game the further you get can implement this process and make money this way. This would ensure the creators of those games consistent revenue and annoy people a lot less because they won't feel like they are being nickle and dime to death lol
