it's like 1/3 done but i just gotta push it this evening. .. i wanna wake up and crush the rest of the videos, i've got another FIFTY little videos to add to this but i think it's gonna be a good solid BASE for people to see how BIG the steem blockchain actually is and how many entry points their are to get into it!

i've been thinking about this course for the last month and i've finally gotten around to releasing the first hour, i should have a large chunk of this done by sunday, i'm trying to get as many parts done per day as possible. the angle i'm going for is a course with 4/5 hrs of video documenting all the wonderful things that steem chain has to offer from a centralized vs decentralized perspective. we have portals, stats and frontends but we needed a little something to get people to just even come here, take part and ultimately stay.

i've made this premium/paid because i have thousands of premium followers on my skillshare and udemy so whatever funds i get in feb i'll be getting steem power so i can create accounts and add delegation to them but i'll be giving away a bunch of free passes as well, heck you can get two months free and cancel and i still get $10 on skillshare which i can buy steem power with, let's get it! :)

the steem blockchain has a lot to offer people looking for digital indepedence from centralized platforms in 2019 and i hope this course will become an ever expanding course as we move through the year -- i'm putting it on skillshare first, then udemy and then i'll also put it up on youtube as a free playlist once it's complete. i've built up nearly 10k of students on udemy over the last year for my free courses so i'll put this up as a paid course there too but use some of the funds to buy more steem power and add SP to new steemian accounts that i sign up so they can ACTUALLY post! :)

i've added what i think is a good cross section of what people can expect to find here on the steem blockchain with a little voiceover of each as a screencast. where detail is required i've done a video up to about five minutes but most are short and a few minutes long -- having this course means that i can take ampsteem (amplify) up a notch if i have something to send to people that they can watch when i setup their steem accounts for them, often times people want to know more information as to the 'WHY' rather than just sending them a bunch of links to stuff and hope they will dig deeper.

felt really inspired by the mspwaves chat channels and @pennsif calling for 'action' from other steemians, i hope this helps us onboard a bunch of new people and i'll be looking to promote this via twitter campaigns and some custom video using headliner app and some youtube adverts -- i believe if we are all doing our bit in this manner we can keep the exposure levels up!
