The trigger is the rapid development of information and communication technology. It has forced people, both private and government institutions, including educational institutions, to review their goals and practices. Educational institutions must redesign their methods and curriculum to be the most appropriate and best in responding to technological developments, especially digital technology. In addition, there is a need for efforts to increase digital competence for their lecturers and students. Educational institutions are required to be able to change their service systems and learning systems from conventional to digital-based service and learning systems. In this context, serious thought is needed in designing systems for transferring, displaying, circulating, and obtaining information based on information technology and multimedia.
