Holy shit, why aren’t people taking advantage of this

Hey everyone.

So recently I’ve been on the hunt for a new medium that I can jive with to grow my presence online. I think I’ve found a jem... When I say I think I’ve found a jem I really mean I found a fucking oil reserve back in 1990’s type opportunity. Stick with me I’ll be sure to explain myself...

I’m sure you’ve all noticed the recent trend in voice activated and control devices and services right? Whenever I see these types of transitions happening I think back to when I was 14 years old and had an iPod Touch. Looking back at the iPod Touch it was just a better way to transition people into iPhone because they were familiar with the interface. I mean it was a good deal, you can buy an iPod for $400-$600 or you can sign a 2 year contract and pay $200 for an iPod with constant internet connectivity. Genius

I think we are experiencing this again but in the form of voice technology rendering technology like iPhone useless the same way iPhone made the iPod less practical.

So why meantion all this?

There is this app that I found for all platforms called Anchor. I’m not back by this company so don’t get any shilly ideas. They allow you to create, edit, add sound effects, cohosts and more. I was fucking blown away when I saw how easy it is to get your voice on the internet. Not only have they created their own podcast platform that allows people to find your show but you can easy share with google play and Apple podcast.

Give it about 5 years or so and you will be seeing a major transition for video and picture based content to audio and voice activated products. It’s never been a better time to get your opinion and voice out on the internet. When audio devices take over popular culture we will be seeing a major shift in how people view or in this case listen to content.

Essentially what I’m implying is set yourself up before everyone else flocks to the trend. I have had the luck to be on the front of a lot of trends but before I never took a step back and noticed before popular culture kicked in.

AUDIO BASED MEDIA IS GOING TO BE FUCKING INSANE!! Be established in the market so when it goes mainstream you will be able to monetize you podcast.

WARNING: You may not see instant results, this trend will take years to take hold but giving up 10-20 minutes a day to grow something for the future will be worth it in the end.
