I made this digital drawing when I was really tired, so I'm not exactly sure how the idea came to my mind :')
The first image was the line or rough sketch stage of the drawing! I think that drawing a base with colour rather than solid black makes the whole process a lot easier.
I like using a lot of marks and lines in my drawings, which is pretty much inspired by Maurice Sendak's illustrations. Especially the illustrations he did in "Where The Wild Things Are"!

I used GIMP (which is a GNU Image Manipulation Program!!)
And yes, I guess it is- I wasn't really thinking about that when I was drawing, I sort of just went for it to be honest!
