Thought about throwing away the slavery of 9-5 in the western world?
I did, one of the reasons is that the future of artificial intelligence is not only terrifying & unpredictable, but also advancing at a compounding rate, meaning that industry and jobs in five-10years could be completely eradicated of human labour. Take graphic design for example, most requirements aren’t artistic, in fact, most buyers are so out of touch with emotional intelligence, that they can’t see the difference between quality and complete junk. Could AI do the majority of AI tasks? Hell yeah. I foresee that if you want to hang onto your profession, then you’re going to need to add a shit-tonne of value. Your labour just won’t cut it anymore. Your labour can be replaced. AI will be faster, more accurate and less costly. AI doesn’t take lunch breaks & doesn’t take a shit on company time :D
