All those who cut off Peru to make contracts under the table and impoverish us as Peruvians should receive greater penalties and harsh sanctions. One cannot come and complain about crimes that in Brazil have clearly been mitigated by the rise to power of interests. But having problems with it being a disorderly and media-driven public trial with the clear interests of the monopolistic media where protections are violations of the Rule of Rights, justice and even more so of truth and ethics.
Already apparently outdated concepts of public activities and that contain direct relationships with institutions that are not legitimized but go in the opposite direction. We must be careful not to call demagoguery in class, which is increasingly strengthened by all political and institutional actors, anarchic. In a country, where negative criticism is abundant but proposals and shoulders to bear the burden are null.
Refusing to contribute to the State for the systematic search for the improvement of Democracy and the common good of Peruvians and especially of the most disadvantaged and historically abandoned by the State and its overwhelming limitations. They are the brand that is always pending and constantly absent from the agendas of both the first power of the State, the Executive and the political parties (read the agendas of all orientation towards this form necessary for the social reformulation and updating of the intentions of the social actors). The money does not arrive alone, in the face of places of growing poverty and public health and assistance difficulties.
