Ujong Blang Beach is one of the beaches in the city of Lhokseumawe, which is quite famous. Ujong Blang Beach stretches from the mouth of the Cunda river (kuala cangkoi) covering four areas of the village of Ujong Blang, Ulee Road, Northwest Hagu, and Hagu Tengah Village.
Ujong blang beach is named based on the village where the beach is located. The meaning of "Ujong Blang" itself in aceh language is "ujong" means tip and "blang" means paddy field or garden stretch. Because at first, the Lhokseumawe region consists of rice fields, swamps, and vacant land.
With the increasing number of cottage in coastal areas of ujong blang, the worse the impact on the beach of ujong blang one of them is littering.
If a beach looks like this then very many negative things that will happen one of them visitors from home or abroad lazy to visit because the beach that looks ugly by the garbage.
