It will be disappointing to know 60 calories is nothing. Even burning 600 calories (six hundred) a day through two hours of intense exercise will make only a small change in weight loss. The weight loss won't be sustainable. Over long period, body will adjust its metabolism upto a couple of hundred calories of deficiency.
Just to be aware, a cookie (one piece of GoodDay biscuit) is 60 Calories. Eating less will have a bigger impact on weight loss than any exercise unless we are talking about burning at least 1000 calories through rigorous exercise and not over eating. Again the condition is not eating calories burnt.
At 26, don't change your diet too much. Just cut down few items. You should be fine. Now I am 52. When I was 24, I followed a strict diet and lost 18Kg of my weight. My diet then eliminated coffee-tea and all sugar. My Mon-Fri menu was 4 small slices of bread with one egg, a south indian plate meal, one idly-Vada for evening. That is it. On Saturday & Sunday, I had Biryani for lunch instead of meal and added a coffee without sugar.
