!
One night, unable to sleep, I - like millions of others - was restless and decided to check my iPad at 2 o'clock in the morning. (Just in case I missed something).
And I did. I was invited by one of my Steemian friends to join a discord. So I did.
Into the dark realm I went. Reading and chatting. Wow, was I surprised how pleasant working in a dark realm was.
I thought to myself, wouldn't it be great to add that option to my websites?
So, I finished up and went to slumber land.
The very next day, I started to see Twitter casually mentioning their new night mode featured. And I was intrigued. I can ease my eye strain and see images more vividly. Awesome experience!
Here's How to get Twitter Nightmode
On DeskTop
Click on your profile photo, then select Night Mode, which is the last option and has a moon icon. Activating Night Mode turns Twitter’s usual white screens and cheerful light blue into a beautiful Tumblr-like navy blue and fills up the moon icon with blue. To disable Night Mode, just click again to deselect
On Mobile
Download the Twitter for iOS app, if you haven't already installed it.
Once the app is installed, you can log in with an existing account or sign up for a new account directly from the app.
After a few days messing around with it, I was on a mission. I found a great plugin for my Wordpress sites. It is a simple plugin and easy to install. No glitches. WP Night Mode by Marko Arula https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-night-mode/

A word about the images:
If you are Followers of CoolPeopleIFB and #SteemDrive, you may have noticed us using Mardi Gras images. Why? Mardi Gras (/ˈmɑːrdi ˌɡrɑː/), or Fat Tuesday, refers to events of the Carnival celebration, beginning on or after the Christian feasts of the Epiphany (Three Kings Day) and culminating on the day before Ash Wednesday (known as Shrove Tuesday).
Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday", reflecting the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season.
For us, it is the end of Barbecue Season for most of our followers (not all! Some - like us - continue to Grill and Smoke all year long!). But it seemed fitting.
Now we Blog spooky creepy Halloween on SinfullyVin and Save THAT Money for Christmas on Frugal Fire!
