No one has authority over its operations as a community token. In other words, no centralized authority or team will exist. Everyone will have to labor in order to obtain a discos token. After all tokens have been given to users, the community chooses what they want from the project. Every user will have the ability to make decisions depending on the quantity of tokens they own.
