I would assume that the rest of the world is lying to. Most ESPECIALLY if you have state run news media. The Soviet Union was famous for PRAVDA...which I was told meant "the Truth"...THEIR truth. They told those people behind the Iron Curtain what they wanted them to hear...and nothing else.
