like I said above.
it's not a choice of pipeline OR ocean tanker.
it's a choice of pipeline, railroad or truck.

and...yes fertilizer IS made from petroleum.
and YES..the farmer WILL be compensated
and dirt is easier to clean than the ocean...simple really...scoop it all up...burn it...the spread it back down....buy why?

crude oil does no lasting damage...
