This setup is fundamentally flawed, i am starting to think.
This was the bernie sanders deal, fighting the bots.
This has nothing to do with bots.
This is because he didn't think the content was worth it.
This is not a free market system (there is no negative voting in free market systems, only affirmative voting, by action/purchase).
There is no incentive to create original content - or attracting new members - if the negative feedback is at the whim of another individual, at any time...
Unfortunately, I think this site is doomed to bots upvoting - just a mining site - not original content creation.
Very disillusioned, and sad.
On the upside, it assuages my negative feeling of posting shite, and botting/gaming the hell out of it!)

you might consider transferring steem to someother crypto..like you said...litecoin perhaps?
