The Dish of Provincial Life

in dish •  3 years ago

Hi,

I would like to share our most native and delicious food here in our place. And I hope you like my post to share our delicious and fresh fish.

This fish calls us mangko I don't know what to call this fish in your place. Mangko calls us like a little yellow pin, what I did was tinola because this is our usual menu. Filled with red bill pepper and horseradish, this menu is not only delicious and nutritious

And there is another menu that is also delicious to eat is the grilled mangko, it is delicious compared to the soap mangko I made. Then there is a spicy sauce with soy sauce and vinigar and the favorite of the Filipinos is the hot chille pepper. It tastes good in the sauce when grilled.

This is the sauce that I made for the grilled mango and not only the grilled mango, I also didn't pwdy with the same sauce on the various menus as long as it was grilled. This was our dish last night, and I hope you liked my sharing of traditional food here in our area Macrohon, Southern Leyte. You can visit our place and taste the delicious food/seafood here in the Philippines.
