There! Did it! A little bit of screwing here, a little bit of screwing there and now all's well in the Kingdom. This is almost done, some finetuning with a hammer and a pair of scissors and this serger is ready to serge, rattle and roll!
It may be that the motor has seen it's best days. But that doesn't mean anything because retirement nowadays isn't an option for anyone. Too much work to be done and not enough workers. I saw the serger smoking something just before I decided to leave it be for several months and wait for a closer inspection, so it may be that it doesn't want to run anymore, because it's now used to not working and maybe only want's to sit on it's serging ass and whine how everything is hard and it needs to get everything for free as it thinks it's not fit to work... ...but as I am the best of the best pep talkers, a motivator beyond this realm and a professional move_your_ass person, magic just happens and this serger finds new meaning to it's life. Or it cries serger tears and finds new meaning to it's life.
It may also be that I overlook some parts and they were left behind (on the floor, under the bookshelve, in to the trash. No worries, my cats will find the parts to everyone's delight in the middle of the night.) but those parts weren't that important anyway. This overlocker WILL overlocke because I say so. And because I believe. And that is practically all anyone ever needs. Nevermind about the facts, just believe and overlook!

"Love is all you need!" (If one just doesn't believe.) Positivity, love and good energy. Those are the most important things. Even when there's no electricity, proper wires, a working motor or other moving parts in correct order, positivity is the KEY to everything. Positive thinking resolves everything. Positiveness gives wings! Positiveness makes sergers serge without facts. They serge with SERGERPOWER!! All Optimists sing: UU-UU-U-UU-U! AA-AA-A-AA-A!
