Some questions..

Why are middle aged white women so invested in participating in Disney's shitty viral marketing campaigns built on controversy and racially divisive resentment?

Why are they so excited about race/gender swapping characters and creating tokenized versions of existing stories instead of focusing on actually telling the stories of non-white people from around the world? Why is it the pinnacle of wokeness to insert a (almost exclusively) black actor into European stories such as the Little Mermaid, Lord of the Rings, Norse mythology, and so on instead of making first rate shows and movies about, for example, African folktales and history?

Why do they want to see a black Ariel more than they want to see an original film about Mami-Wata?

Take someone like Sam Wilson in the MCU.

Setting aside the fact that we shouldn't be teaching young people to believe that they can only identify with characters on screen who are their same race and gender, why was Sam Wilson's character not good enough as a role model when he was Falcon?

Why does he only really matter... Why is he more important as a hero as "Black Captain America"?

Why is it a promotion for him to get Captain America's costume and shield (in spite of that being wildly impractical for a guy with wings and guns) instead of being seen a downgrade away from being his own original character and someone who was already good enough and heroic enough in his own right?

Likewise, why wasn't Jane Foster good enough to contribute to saving the world and be looked up to by young girls (and boys) as a prodigious astrophysicist?

Why did she need to become a tokenized clone of Thor to be an inspiration to little girls in the eyes of the woke wine moms writing posts like the one I'm sharing?

Why is their reaction to some of the cringey casting choices in movies made 75 years ago that no one really supports today to double down on the same mistakes?

Why do they have no original ideas and instead can only conceive of taking over popular characters and stories and remaking them with their political aims front and center?
