Health Risk with Fragrance (Diffuser -Reed bottles)

in dissatisfiedcustomer •  7 years ago

With the increasing focus on health and safety at work, customer goods and the growing injury insurance claims, I'm surprised that these bottles haven't raised a mass campaign alert to get them off the shelves.

If you manage to open the plastic cap without injury, you might soon forget about your struggle to get access to the scented oil.

I haven't managed to get the cap off this one but, I did manage to pierce a hole through the cap to get at least one reed into the bottle rather than the three or four I was hoping to leave in, so I'll have to find out if this allows enough scent to escape to fill my room.

I'll be returning to scented candles as trying to remove the cap left me afraid of piercing my hand or even an eye with the tools I had tried to use to get the cap off in the first place ( kitchen knives, scissors...) 😩image.jpg

The cap should just have a sticker to pull back instead!
