We are probably all aware of the concept of the glass ceiling however for many people with disability they dont even get through the door to have a go at smashing through the ceiling.
This is a topic close to my heart as I have a hidden disability and have seen this at play in my work as a HR Manager. I spoke at TEDx about this and have since evolved my work to focus on equality and diversity.
