Notice there's no suggestion or mention of the fact that these pathetic, communist, leftist social welfare programs SHOULD NOT EXIST in the first place! ...and notice there's no suggestion or mention of stopping the Title IV-D federal matching funds financial incentives flooding into state coffers on the basis of ongoing so-called 'child support' extortion following state-sponsored divorce, state-sponsored destruction of assets, state-sponsored destruction of families and kids, deliberately keeping sons and daughters away from their Dads in 95% of cases (Moms being similarly sodomized only 5% of the time). After all, it "helps the economy" to destroy kids by filling the pipeline with future social ills to be addressed by an ever-expanding state, to have two homes, two gas bills, two electric bills, two water bills, etc. per family, right??!! What family or kid needs a f'ing "Dad" in the home anyway when everyone knows it's the Holy Omnipotent State that is the True Messiah, Lord, & Savior of humanity, right?!!
