After 230 days of Parental alienation, the judge brought the hammer down yesterday, and I get to see my kids now! I'm so excited! Here's pix of their new bedroom at Dad's house!

Nice @rhyt

So glad to hear it! I just won sole custody of my son after his mom took off and moved away with a 6 day notice. She went to San Diego (maybe you saw her ha) and was gone for 6 months, until I filled for sole custody. I won custody back in November.

What was the outcome of your case? I hope that their mother doesn’t undermine you and your time with your kids.

I've been working very diligently in our legal system attempting to navigate a path forward wherein my rights, and more importantly my children's rights are not being violated. I believe I saw the first glimmer of success very recently, and I am elated. Even more importantly: the children are even more elated, and I believe this has been a healing time for them, despite how awful it has been up to this point. I'm still very upset that this has been done to them, and I don't imagine that all of the healing necessary will happen as quickly as I'd like. But we went on two Epic hikes and had a ton of organic fruit, so at least they are in excellent physical care during my most treasured time: Dad Time.

Sure thing! I shared this post and some of the background process I've seen with my friend @pdxlove. I'm happy to see you both commenting on each other posts.
