1967 Chevelle Restoration pt3 (Torch and Hammer)steemCreated with Sketch.

in diy •  7 years ago

Time lapse video hammering out dents in the rear quarter panel. I started by annealing the creases with a propane torch, then slowly working along the creases hitting with a peening hammer on one side and a bucking bar on the other I attempt to reduce the creases and re-contour the panel. This is a tedious and slow process but it's getting better!

It's really impressive how much of that dent and creases that you've worked out of that panel.

Great keep up the good work! You are slowly but surely going finish this! :D
