Here is a picture of one of our trays of Broccoli Sprouts.
We have a number of these growing and we have the cycle of planting down pretty well so we always have fresh sprouts for our salads.
We highly recommend people do this because it is so easy and you can get consistent fresh greens indoors. You do not even need grow lights.
Broccoli Sprouts have a chemical called glucoraphanin. When you eat it it is converted into sulforaphane which has antioxidant effects.
