Making Musubi - Cooking During the Quarantine in Honolulu Hawaii

We made some Musubi last night.

We are finding that we tend to make more bite sized finger foods when we are at our Tiny House. We make a variety of dishes made from stuff we catch/grow and stuff we buy.

We serve them on platters and bowls that we carve from the Ohia tree branches that we forage.

There is something so wonderful about cooking and eating this way.

Somehow this does not translate to when we go back to our Condo in Honolulu.
